When are orders dispatched?

All our 250G coffee orders are letterbox friendly and delivered via Royal Mail First Class or DPD. The Royal Mail is working as hard as they can to keep their service running smoothly, but the current situation means they are experiencing some delays so your delivery may take a little longer than usual.

ONE-OFF ORDERS
Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday each week.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Any subscriptions placed after midnight Sunday will be dispatched the following week.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Gift Subscriptions will start from the next dispatch week, and be delivered monthly thereafter for 3, 6 or 12 months.

How do I make order changes?

To update, cancel or pause a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly coffee subscription please contact us.

What's your refund policy?

We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us.
